I have zero respect for any person who could do that to a puppy...or any animal.

That news story is horrible and frightening to think anyone is capable of doing such a thing, or neglected to seek medical care for the animal if an accident.   Just disgusting. 

That being said, Chimpanzees are APES, not MONKEYS...
