How about William Shatner in  . . . .  well, just about everything?

He didn't drag down Miss Congeniality, IMO.

Shat is classic cheeze.

Keanu does ruin a movie.  Probably because I will always see him as "Ted".  However, I have to say he was outshined by Sandra Bullock in Speed.  Her "humor" kills a movie.  I actually would have enjoyed Speed 2 a whole lot more if she wasn't in it.

I must be one of the few people who can't stand George Clooney in anything.  I've never watched any of the Ocean's movies, immediately sent back "Syriana" within 15 minutes of watching, and always thought he was the worst choice ever for Batman.  I could barely stand him in ER, let alone in movies.  He just doesn't seem like he's even trying to act, in any of his roles.  He's always the same basic character, the somewhat suave leading man, talking in the exact same snarky tone of voice.  He just never seems to challenge himself, as an actor.

And Keanu Reeves...hoo boy...that's a guy who challenges himself, yet at the same time doesn't recognize his limitations.  Either that, or he accepts challenges, and just doesn't put any real effort into getting the best out of them.  He'll appear on the screen, and look good, (Which I guess is good enough for the top brass at the studios), but whenever he opens his mouth, I hear Ted Theodore Logan, no matter what the role.

I don't like Clooney either, partly because of his acting style and partly because of his political views but he was outstanding in O Brother Where Art Thou.  I give credit where credit is due.

I was gonna post the same thing.  That was a great movie.
