Uhura thought this would make the crew's shore leave the best ever.  But by the time she was finished over half the Enterprise's crew had checked into sickbay with severe gastric distress, headaches, and even a few heart palpitations.
God of making the characteristic which becomes dirty sends the hurricane.

This is why the writers wouldn't let Uhura walk near the bar.
Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.
