Okay, this MAY been mentioned before, if so I apologize.  I stumbled onto this weird site that lists a TON of actresses and actors and how they died in various films.  It's called the Cinema Morgue, and you can search it by name.  Dunno how thorough it is (in fact, can think of a few lesser known actresses that aren't listed) but I thought I'd mention it.

It's also got emails you can write to with contributions.

For instance, apparently Scream Queen Linnea Quigley has died ELEVEN times in various roles she's played.

Wow, seems like it'd be higher than that though... (shrugs)
