Leeches! (2003)

Caught about 30 mins of ths flick and it looked horribly amusing. Basicly leeches go all king sized after biting steroid laden college swim team members. They then go an a rampage and start killing everything (the leeches, not the spedo-clad roid junkies) Now this movie looked pretty damn bad, but I am intrigued still. Has anyone seen this movie and can warn me that I may want to gouge my eyeballs out 15 mins into this one?

It is directed by David DeCoteau, the same man who made "Voodoo Academy."  I believe it is a film in the same vein, with lots of soft-core man-likes-to-look-at-man stuff.  Others might enjoy the effort.  Indeed, I know that a number of gay men have posted comments to the "Voodoo Academy" review, but it's just not my cup of tea.

At least in "Leeches!" you shouldn't be exposed to too many guys in tighty-whitey underwear rubbing themselves.  Swim trunks are more likely.

Hmmm, not my cup of tea either.. Think this one is gunna move to the bottom of the list The only part I caught was some guy (wearing the obligitory white shorts now that I think about it) getting eatem by leeches in the shower. I found it amusing that the leeches made noises like a car starter in january whilst they chewed (yeah leeches don't chew but roids gave them teeth!) on him. That and the fact thay threw a hair dryer into a shower (no longer running) to electrocute the leeches and you can see that is isn't even plugged it. Looked like my kinda movie. But if it is jamm-packed with homo-erotic dude rubbings, then it isn't gunna be a good choice for the friday night poker and a movie night with the guys like I planned

I bought this movie for five bucks. The therapy required after having viewed it was a lot more.
