i'd say necro is on a whole different level than oldschool ecw. the only classic ecw stars i'd put up against him would be mick foley as cactus jack (especially his japanese deathmatch stuff), and new jack.

the greatest thing about necro is when he'll try to pull some random lucha move like a huracanrana off the apron to a standing opponent, and actually pull it off well considering how drunk/high and banged up he is all the time.

Yeah, kind of like those matches with Terry Funk and Cactus invovling explosives.  Insane stuff man.  I like the old Raven and Tommy Dreamer matches in ECW where people used to bring foreign objects to the match.  I remember a cheese gratter being used once.
