I hear a lot of people say they want the events in 3 not to have happened (kind of like I do with Alien 3), but, IMHO, the EVENTS of 3 were just right. It's the feel of the movie that was wrong, the events of the movie correct the few serious flaws of the second movie. Preventing Judgement Day is LAME, it's JUDGEMENT DAY. It's like the movies where they prevent Christ from comming back by stabbing baby Damien or something. Nice work, now history continues without purpose forever. The sermon on destiny was WAY out of place in 2. The whole story is based on the notion of destiny, and the moral of 2 is supposed to be that there's NO destiny? They just did that to have an ending, it shouldn't become cannonical orthodoxy of the Terminator world.

Mr. DS

I drive myself and others (coworkers, family, friends, whoever will listen) crazy with thoughts on time travel in movies and this film series always comes up.  Reese was sent back in the 80s by John Connor.  So after T2, that pretty much meant John Connor should have ceased to be IMO, is that correct? That should be seeing the future changed.  Then T3 really lost me on the whole NEW Judgement Day thing.

Perhaps John Connor used Doc Brown's Delorian to patch things up when we weren't looking.

How difficult would it be for Hollyweird to come up with an original script? This rehashing of the same ol movies with sequel after sequel is just boring.

I love Christian Bale, he was awesome in Reign of Fire.

But the better bet would be his co-star from that movie and the all-round awesome yummy hunk Gerard Butler *swoon*.

I'm assuming Gerard can do an American accent, so there shouldn't be any problems that way.  Still, it will be interesting to see just how bad Hollywood can balls this one up.

I think Bulter will be busy playing Snake Plissken in the Escape From New York remake.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

We met him in a deleted scene in T3. He was Arnold with a Southern accent as "Sergeant Candy."
