Terror Night (1987)

This wasn't that bad.  If you have seen this, and it's not very likely you have, you'll remember it as the horror movie with the silent movie guy where his murder spree is intersped with simliar clips from his old movies, (which are taken from actual old silent movies.)  Other than this sort of clever premise it is a decent by the numbers slasher flick with a moderate amount of gore and nudity.  For some reason i kept saying to mysself "this isn't that bad".  I think i was in a trance or something.  not a very ambitous sublimnal message if that's what it was.  The print is mediocre.  There is a very cute blonde who appears nude and in a arabian harem outfit (dont' ask) and also appears decapitated on the cover.

   A must see for 80's b-slasher fans and deserves a professional reissue for sure.
