There is this sci-fi movie with a guy/creature who has an arm that sprays acid. The main hero gets sprayed with acid and halucinates. Some lady takes care of him. I dont know the name but the drive around in dune buggies ect ect. Kinda a post apocalyptic film. what is it?

That would be it! My dad always called it storm and he taped only half the movie on accident. So i never finished it. Now I can! Awesome thanks.
