DEATHRACE 2000 is one of my very favorite AIP films of the 70's-early 80's. It's up there with ROCK and ROLL HIGH SHOOL,PIRAHNA,HUMANOIDS of the DEEP and ALLIGATOR. Sly should have done more chezzy B movies...instead he went on to dumb crap like ROCKY and RAMBO. What was he thinking?!?!?!  :buggedout:

He was probably thinking, "now I can buy that small Caribbean island I always wanted."  :smile:

strange I made a HOWLING thread in 'good movies' 3 days ago, I didnt see this thread.

whoever mentioned MADMAN, easily one of the worst films Ive seen. got the dvd off amazon. appauling IMO

I dont know what the deal with the happy faces in the Howling is either. dont think they  even mention it on the commentary, but I could be wrong.
