He could've killed somebody! Drink driving is stupid and because he's a filmstar he'll just get a slap on the wrist, first offence or not.

I don't like him either, all his films are rubbish teen, CGI nonsense and he has a girls name.

Somewhat of an update. Though Shia was DUI at the time of the accident, he is not being held personally responsible for the accident. Apparently, the person being held responsible for the accident is the other driver involved, who ran a red light and T-boned Shia's pickup. Hopefully, Shia has medical insurance, because his hand was severely smashed in the accident and is going to require major reconsctructive surgery, and there is no word as to whether he'll ever regain full use of his hand. They did say they are going to work his smashed hand into the plot for the next "Transformers" film.
