old b/w sci fi movie with 'ravioli monsters' ???

I vaguely remember a movie from my childhood. Everything I can remember about this movie is as follows:

b/w sci fi (horror?)
probably 1950's
The monsters or aliens were bloblike creatures (shaped like raviolis) with a single eyestalk. They were the size of a large pillow.
The only scene that I can recall is a guy running through a field (cemetary?) with alot of these things and he looks up and one of them falls on him from a tree.
