Help me find this *VAMPIRE* film

 All i know is that this vampire movie, has a little fat kid, whom works for vampires, but is human( and a peeping tom). He winds getting impaled, by the lead Female actress. He quotes, well I'm paraphrasing here "I'm not a Vampire you, Bit@#!" Then dies. Also later, near the end, a black man with a cross, bursts through a building, killing the lead Vamp, I think. Remind anyone of Lost Boys?? Well thanks for any help. Where are my Movie Maestro's?

I dont think so, were is the kid??? I didn't see a kid in the list of characters. Thanks though, if it is, that would be nice, though, from what I remeber I didnt really like John's Vampires too much. Can't win em all, I guess.
