Excellent review dude!  You wrote all the things that I'm thinking in my toxic waste obsessed brain! This show started that obsession and eventually led my hungry eyes to feast upon Troma's delights for the adult world. I had all the toys they put out from this show, although I only have a few left; The Smog Hogg, Toxie's Windsurfer, Killemoff.....Cannot believe that there was only around 13 episodes of this fine cartoon! I bought the feature length on DVD a month or two back, an loved every minute of my slimey, goopy nostalgia trip! Toxic Crusaders should be required viewing for all the children of earth, if not for the kick-ass theme tune alone  :teddyr:

The only thing that I remember about this show is a gag scene in which some of the villains attempt to buy a monster truck which the salesman describes as being formerly owned by "A little old lady who used to drive it in demolition derbies!".
There are few things more beautiful than a sporting montage with a soft-rock soundtrack

90's cartoons were brilliant.
My favourite was Bucky O Hare.

I don't know if I ever saw the cartoon, but I know I had action figures of Toxie, NoZone, Major Disaster, Killemoff and Toxie's Windsurfer...I think my parents just thought they were characters from TMNT...lord knows I treated them as such!

In fact, I think Killemoff was still in our garage until mom's last homicidal cleaning spree...
