Aliens defeated by jean jacket man who whoops some ass

I've got two in mind:

The first one stars some big guy in a jean jacket and jeans. He wanders around, then notices that these guys in a church are distributing some suspiciuos looking cardboard boxes. So he busts in and finds black sunglasses--what the hell? But then he wears them and sees the world in black and white with weird signs saying "Buy More" and "Consume," but the worst thing is when he looks at some normal guy, BUT IT HAS THE FACE OF AN ALIEN! (some twisted brown looking cheap face mask).  He's startled and takes the glasses off, and the alien now appears human.  He tells his friend about this (a big black guy), and he wants him to wear the glasses, but he won't; so they have a 10-15 fight scene of them beating the crap outta each other.  Eventually, he joins the underground resistance movement, they bust into the main base, and he breaks the satellite dish and reveals to all mankind the true look of the aliens.

Any ideas?

The other one is an American WW2 (I think) war film from the 50s or 60s.  At the end, these American soldiers are in some house wearing German or enemy uniforms, the village or city they're in is surrounding by Americans or ALlied forces.  So they wander around, holding up some cheap white flag, and the other Americans spot them, one shoots and kills one of the main characters who's dressed like a german officer. The end.  Couldn't remember much else, any questions?

The title for this thread sounds like a badly translation Hong Kong movie title.

I agree with JJ that the first one is They Live, the second is possibly The Victors from 1963.

Yeah, but you know you'd want to see it just for that title.
At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...
