One review called this a kind of spanish south park but boy i don't know.    It has some off color humor here and there but it's main thing is sort of political though I still can't decide precicely which ideology.  It has an ingenius plot:  A vampire scientist creates a formula that allows vampires to go out in the sun whenever they want.  Not only do they get to be like regular folks, they have ten times the potential victims!  The scientist tried it out over a period of years on his nephew Joseph aka pepe who is the star of the story.  Unfortunately,  a bunch of vampires who own these indoor vampire faux beaches want to take the formula so they can copyright it and sell it  (the scientist wants to just give it away).  The biggest problem with this cartoon is it's too long and the  pacing suffers from too much dialogue.  The artwork itself is kind of ugly too.  It looks sort of like the Pink Panther combined with "schoolhouse rock" or something.  not very stylish or original.  I'm glad I saw it but i think i respected it more than I enjoyed it.

Here they are trying to get the formula.  the whole thing is available at youtube
