Free Hat!

My cable company has this thing they do where they give you points for rewards which you can redeem for various items. Only problem is most of these items I either don't want or don't need. Like I really want a DVD of some Lifetime movie of the week, lame ass tee shirt advertising Howard Uncensored that would never fit me even if I lost 200 pounds, or another phone cord. So I wrote them on several occasions asking if they were going to get some hats, namely I wanted a hat with their company logo. Well after asking a few times, they decided to send me a free hat.
Now this is where fuzzy logic comes in on their part. The hat was sent via FedEx 2day express service. The box used to ship it was worth more than the hat. They could of mailed it to me for less or even just had a tech drop one off next time they were in my area. I got home from going out to eat lunch with my wife and found this huge box from FedEx on my door which didn't even weigh a quarter of a pound. So apparently while others are struggling, my cable company can afford to pay $150+ US to ship a free hat to me via FedEx. And people wonder why their cable bills are so high.
