No, what's nasty is when a chimp does that, mixes it in his mouth with feces, and then flings it at you. My sister-in-law used to work in a chimpanzee observation lab, and when the chimps liked you, they'd masturbate and throw that at you. If they didn't, it was the urine & feces treatment. Either way, you weren't leaving clean.
