Favorite Tom Cruise Movie?

Huh. I was sure I liked some of his earlier movies, but looking at that list, I'm actually surprised at how few I did like. I guess Top Gun would be my favourite, basically for the same reasons already mentioned: jets, 80s cheese factor, soundtrack, etc. Add also that it had a pretty solid cast in addition to Cruise, I'm a sucker for action films from the Cold War era, and Kelly McGillis was at her hottest. And who doesn't enjoy a grouchy authority figure played by James Tolkan?

But I'd be tempted to vote for Losin' It if it was on the list.

I went with Eyes Wide Shut. Not for Cruise's performance per se, but because the movie rocks. And that little smile that Lelee Sobieski (sp?) gives Cruise when she's standing behind him is one of the most erotic things I've ever seen in a movie. Yes, I am a perv.
