Have to disagree with you, the most tasteless scene ever that I saw was in a John Waters movie but it was in Pink Flamingos at the end where Divine eats dog crap. Well the whole movie was pretty tasteless in fact. The singing A'hole, incest, cannibalism, and the Egg Lady as well are all messed up. Fun film to watch but totally tasteless. And for those wondering, yes it's real dog crap Divine eats not some sort of cleverly disguised food item. John Waters said they followed the dog around for a while waiting on it to do it's business so they could get the shot.

I'd nominate the miscarriage shower scene in Revenge Of The Living Dead Girls.   Pointless, idiotic and tasteless...just like the whole movie.

If you'll look closer, you'll notice that the 'some guy' is Glenn Milstead aka Divine. He played both Dawn and Earl, with a double obviously used for some shots.

This adds depth to Earl's later suggestion to Dawn when she calls to tell him she's pregnant to "Go f$@k yourself!". 

Waters says on the commentary Divine wanted to actually vomit on camera in the scene late in the film where Taffy goes to visit Earl in his trashed apartment, but couldn't manage it.

As far as most tasteless scene, I'd have to go for the scene in LAS VEGAS BLOOD BATH where the maniac cuts the unborn fetus out of a woman and throws it against a wall.

Wow.  Has anyone posting to this thread seen "Combat Shock"? That whole movie, especially any scene with the mutated baby, is pretty tasteless.

Another is "Bloodletting". I like the movie, but the scene in which the two main characters, dressed as a priest and a nun, turn a baby into a relief map all over the wall with the business end of a shotgun...I had to back that one up a couple of times.

That almost reminds me of the fetus-munching scene from Anthropophagus, in which the antagonist strangles a pregnant woman to death, pulls her unborn baby out, and takes a bite out of it.  Ugh... Nasty. 

As far as most tasteless scene goes... I think that might actually be it.

Those sound pretty nasty, as far as what I've seen I'd say the scene n Ebola Virus where the main character rapes a woman as she's dying. When she dies he get stuck inside of her so he smashes her head with a huge rock.

A few scenes in Visitor Q also rank up (down) there in the tasteless scale.

Because of Pink Flamingos I could not get enough muster to eat eggs for a while.  Every time I would see an egg, the egg lady came into my head and I would just get about half sick to my stomach.
