had a evil king or villian that was causing a war of some sort

Second movie
80's or 90's
troll who takes in a barbarian
the troll dips people in bronze or gold
barbarian hates troll and tries to cut him in half eventually he cuts his head off

Yeah definitely the movie and what a horrible one...the other title is troll 3!
