That's because you're using the "embed" code, which doesn't work here on this forum.
You need to just copy the URL. 
Then come here and click the Youtube" button.  It will create {youtube][/youtube}.  (there will be brackets instead)
Paste the URL in between those youtube brackets.

Then it will look like this:
