Believe it or not, that plane weighs about a third of what that truck does. Cool that nobody died though, sure wouldn't have guessed that.

Fords are advertised in SA as "built Ford tough" ~ now I believe the ads.  :smile:

The only thing that worries me about that article is that they refer to "Krugersdorp Airport". All I can say is  :question: because there ain't no place by that name. The airport near to that city is called Lanseria Airport.  :tongueout:

Correct the truck weighs about 3900 lbs. and the Piper about 1200 lbs. (less fuel) which is about 400 lbs lighter than a (not so) Smart Car.
