Mebbe a couple locals here and there...not here in southwest Michigan. I sure miss the old CHILLER theater out of NY,and in Michigan, channel 41's SHOCK THEATER (they had some guy dressed up like a witch introducing the films) and DOUBLE CREATURE FEATURE out of South Bend,Indiania on Ch.28. These were uhf channels-no cable back then (early 70's).

Heres some old intros...

After switching to digital, the local FOX affiliate added a sub-channel connected to the "My Network". They show classic stinkers & old obscurities in the afternoon. Not much here for late nights, though.

thanks! now i'm gonna have he's back (the man behind the mask) stuck in my brain for a few days.
I just got a copy of American Scary and have been on a horror host kick. I was kinda hoping there was a current horror host/creature feature show that I could become addicted to.

Wow, I never knew about Zacherley even though it seems that he was huge at one time.  Very cool guy!

When I was a kid and lived in Canton, OH for a few years I used to watch The Son of Ghoul:

Seems he's still on the air!

Iv'e heard of the Son of Ghoul and the Ghoul and Ghoulardi...thanks to my sub to PSYCHOTRONIC magazine...as Mike Weldon was from Cleveland-he shared his Ohio memories with folks.
Zacherle is STILL in business! He did some music with the band Southern Culture on the Skids...

A local station here in Alabama runs some sort of late night syndicated movie with an Elvira wannabe hostess. (easy there doggett, she will never replace the original nor is she any good in her failed attempt to emulate Elvira)
Also I got some network called RTV which usually runs retro programs but I have seen them air some lame movie show with a "family" of wannabe Goths as host. They try to be funny and fail at it horribly.
