HANDS OF STEEL (1986)

In the near future, Paco Queruak (Daniel Greene) is a cyborg assassin programed to kill a handicapped environmentalist that is jeopardizing a large corporation, whose product seems to be cyborg assassins (what are the chances!). But suddenly Paco's human half takes control of him at the last second and instead of killing the professor, he only seriously injures him! For the next 80 minutes, Paco is on the run from not only the FBI, but the corporation itself (that means he fights other cyborgs!) and when Paco proves himself tri-state champion in arm wrestling, even the local truckers are on his case! But with the help of bartender babe Linda (Janet Agren) Paco is able to successfully avoid the police and crush the menacing corporation in action packed sequences before the budget runs out!

Is this ever a movie! The gem of the Mill Creek Tales of Terror 50 pack reveals itself! At first I was thinking this would be a wank; I read the description, and popped it in the machine without a thought. but then I was GLUED TO MY SEAT with the bad one liners, out dated effects and cliche storyline that put this Italian-born movie IN MY TOP TEN.

5/5 I seriously recommend this movie!

Hands of Steel is great. My favorite scene? Linda serving Paco a roll of toilet paper. "They forced me to do this!"

!!!!! ive been trying to buy a bootleg dvd of this movie! even the original vhs tapes can be a bit pricey on ebay. i saw it as a kid, and thought i finally found a dvd copy on ebay. the seller had it listed with the movie art and everything, i was so exited, until....i recieved the movie i had bought. it turns out that there is another movie named "hands of steel" that has nothing to do with a cyborg. its a movie about some guy that falls in love and runs away with a mobsters girlfriend, also known as "fugitive lovers". i was really dissapointed. i can remember the bar fight seen in this movie, paco does some kind of spinning back-fist that doesnt even come close to the other guy. he still drops like a rock. oh, arm wrestling with poisonous snakes is the most macho thing a man can do.

thanks for the info jimmybob. this box-set is affordable too, it will soon be mine! it'll be nice to finally have some closure with this film, its been bugging me for a long time.
