I quite enjoyed this one and its one of my all time favs.  Although I think it takes some of the terror out of the original, it kind of serves as a bit of a funny parody of the first one.  Stuff like the discussion about the rules of Gremlins eating after midnight and Phoebe Cates character reliving another life scarring holiday.  The Brain Gremlin is the man and Gizmo's Rambo bit rules.
