Yeah, the ONLY """good""" part of this (good being in triple quotes because one set wasn't enough) was when after a couple murders were discovered the police went up in an aircraft and simply started shooting at a stranger  they didn't recognize (who happened to be an innocent man) and I got a laugh about how that is probably how states like texas, new mexico, arizona, nevada, etc. deal with crime in real life.

No,  not all states consider shooting without evidence acceptable.

you don't hesitate to name states you obviously don't live in as "probably" places this happens with impunity. why? and why do you think it doesn't happen everywhere? it does, you know.
  there are instances in every single state of the union where people, not just cops, get away with killing people without having to show any reason for why they killed them. google is your friend.
