Well, I guess that's a good thing, but it seems like too little, way too late.

ALAN TURING was a genius, a huge contributor to computer science and Great Britain's war effort, who lived at a time when one's personal life could scuttle one's professional life.  His "shameful" deed was to pick up a man who later burglarized his home, a crime which TURING made the mistake of reporting to the police.  What was done to TURING is ironically equatable to Nazi eugenics, and one of Britain's great shames.
