So we have an awesomely bad movie exchange at our house for Christmas and I really want to pick out a good one this year.  Past year winners have been "Over The Top," "Die Hard," "Demolition Man"...you see the pattern...VHS friendly and it can't be over $5.

Any ideas??? Thanks in advance!

These are all older movies but they're all either hilariously bad or good-bad:
Blood Feast
Wild Women Of Wongo
Manos, The Hands Of Fate
Toxic Avenger IV
Terror Firmer
Pod People
The Creeping Terror
Pieces
Santa Claus Conquers The Martians
"O the legend they say, on a Valentine's Day, is a curse that'll live on and on.."

The Burgomaster

M. Night Shyamalan's THE HAPPENING is awesomely bad.  Not sure you can get it for under $5 or not, but you can surely get it for under $10.

"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

"The Conqueror" with John Wayne as Genghis Khan.

"Sextette" with a very old Mae West still acting like Mae West, in a musical comedy.

"The Terror of Tiny Town" - the 1938 all midget western.

"Uninivited" with the mutant killer cat that lives inside a regular (much smaller) housecat.

"The Champions of Justice" with masked Mexican wrestlers fighting an evil scientist's army of super midgets.

"Night of the Lepus" with giant man-eating bunnies.

Bad movies that are fun to watch with a group uh?

Hmm perhaps the following might suffice:

Army of Darkness
Krull
Starcrash
Cobra
No Holds Barred
Grunt! The Wrestling Movie

(Those last three seem appropriate since you seem to have enjoyed OVER THE TOP)
"This above all: To thine own self be true!"

Thanks for your comments...I've decided to go with Night of the Lepus.  I'm pretty excited.  Thanks again!
