1980s b-movie with a white girl dressed as an Indian princess

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out the name of a movie that both my wife and I have seen separately before getting together but can't remember what it is.

All we can remember is that it is probably from the early 1980s and featured a very caucasian woman dressed in a fringed "Indian princess" style outfit helping to break a group of women out of some sort of prison.

Not much to go on, I know, but there you go...I release my question to the power of the Internets!
