Looking for a horror film about a couple who adopt a young (blonde?) girl.  She seems really sweet but starts making bad things happen (think The Omen style).

I think she is trying to kill the wife, so she can have the dad to herself (or vice versa).   It keeps going to flashbacks of a the olden days where someone is being buried under loads of rocks as she has been outed as a witch - the little girl is a descendent or reincarnation of someone who was there (possibly the couple might be too?) and she is trying to get revenge..

I have a feeling the title might be like Cherry Tree Farm or something twee like that.  It is most likely a tv movie as I think it was a bit cheapo and at the end the guy is walking in a park with the little girl and I think she gives a sinister look to camera.

Forgot to say, I think it is from the late 70's or early 80's

This is Walter Graumann's Crowhaven Farm starring Hope Lange, Paul Burke and Lloyd Bochner, which scared the cr*p out of me when I was a kid.

Thanks for the memory.

This film was the one that ruined them in the first place, yes.  :teddyr: :teddyr:

I'm 100% certain that the film the OP is looking for is Crowhaven Farm so if there aren't any objections, I'll move it to the 'Solved' section.
