Found Yesterday . . . .

Picked up these two teeth yesterday while out hunting fossils and arrowheads.  Mosasaurs, most like Tylosaurus prorigor, the T-Rex of the Cretaceous sea.  If only I could extract some DNA and clone one of these buggers, I might have some real fun at the beach!!!!







It was a pretty fun outing, but COLD!!

How long did it take you find them?

I spent the whole day on the river . . . no arrowheads, but about 10 pounds of fossil bones and teeth.  Both my partners got complete points as well as fossils.

Looks like a bargain to me, but I can't help but think how lame ebay is these days.
