NATHALIE: FUGITIVE FROM HELL (aka NATHALIE: ESCAPE FROM HELL) (1978)

The Plot: A female doctor is captured by the Nazis during World War II and held captive with other women in chateau.  

This one isn't as exploitative as many similar movies - - it actually tries to have a plot beyond the usual "women in prison" stuff.  Unfortunately, it is full of unintentional laughs (1970s style haircuts, pistols and rifles that have no flash, smoke, or recoil when they fire, bad dubbing).  Overall, it moves along pretty slowly and doesn't deliver the expected levels of nudity and violence (I think my version is slightly cut).  A harmless 90 minutes.  Not a terrible movie, but I can't recommend it.

Plus, as I mentioned, my version is cut . . . I don't remember all those scenes.  Some are clearly missing.  It's a shame, because my copy is a nice quality widescreen transfer.  I wish it had all the scenes intact!
