Looks a little too shiny, but these are digital renderings. Apparently his original costume will be used when he is introduced, but this battle costume will be the one  predominately used in the film

Guess they wanted something that was close to the Ultimate Captain America's outfit.  I like it.  Still retains enough of the costume but updates it for the movies.
