I try to direct people over here with these requests but they keep asking me directly.

The first one I suspect will be easy:

"I saw this long ago, so I can't remember if it was and old b-horror film, or just a veeery crappy film. Someone's hand gets cut off, but the hand is alive and goes around cutting off everyone's hands (I remember something like a hospital scene, with a nurse). I also remember a scene in which lots of hands stood on a tree, between the branches..."

The second one sounds like something I should know but don't:

"...a surreal movie when in I think first or one of the first scenes a baron or something invites his parents to dinner and dogs eat with them at table....dogs are served caviar and guests bones, than guests became angry and leave i think.........couldn't find this one it a comedy..."

Any help appreciated.
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

I don't think it was Demonoid; the hand in that was found in a mine, not cut off. I don't remember a tree of hands either.

Maybe the first one isn't Demonoid; I haven't seen it but it sounded like it might be it.  Maybe the second one is Phantom Of Liberty, by Luis Bunuel?

I'm pretty sure the movie with the hands is quicksilver highway. It's a joint compilation of Clive Barker and Stephen King stories.

As far as the dog one is concerbed, could it be a hammer film?

QUICKSILVER HIGHWAY was suggested by someone else, so that sounds like a good bet.  I saw the trailer and didn't catch the scene.

As for the 2nd movie being a Hammer film, I dunno.  Were you thinking of a specific movie?

The guy is satisfied that the first one is QUICKSILVER HIGHWAY.
