The villain winning in a kung fu film...

So, I was trying to think of a Chinese kung fu or martial arts film where the villains win.  Now, I don't mean the heroes die, I mean the heroes die and the villains actually WIN.  As in, they've defeated the hero and they move on.  Can anyone think of one?  I really can't, though I'm almost positive I've seen one.  Also, I am specifically looking for CHINESE ones, as I know there are Japanese and Korean films where this happens.
