Check out websites for Cinema de Bizarre, Video Search of Miami, and their competitors.  I've seen cheesy Indian and/or Turkish movies on these websites in DVD-R format.  Although, they generally advertise that the quality isn't very good, so it's probably similar to the quality you see on YouTube.  I bought this Filipino movie from Video Search of Miami.  The quality is watchable, but definitely leaves a lot to be desired:

I rember this Batman showing up on another thread.  WOW.  Thanks for the leads on the purchasing sites.  I will have to check on these.  Then look out world, I will unleash a WBMD (Weapon of Bad Movie Destruction)!
