Heh, I got toast, but these are just actual words, not made up frankenstien-esque words that have become part of the public consciousness. 

If we could make up any abbreviated slang-type word, what would it be?  What would it mean?

IRETU - "I'd rather eat Trevor's underpants."

Usage:

"Want to go see the newest Michael Bay movie?" 
"Dude, IRETU."

Done.  I approve highly of this.  I'd IRETU than entertain any other options! [it doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, but that doesn't matter.]

Now someone needs to mention it next time there's a political thread:

IRETU than let [insert politician-enemy here, followed by controversial policy.]

OR

Using IRETU as a new rating system for skull-movies [like Rev mentioned].  Proper english has no place in slang, so I'd ideally use it in the sentence: That movie was a total iretu.  Sounds wierd, but it's totally usable.
