The most important question you may have to ask when you see the title is this: what's the orgy like in the movie?  The answer to that is simple: What orgy?  Enjoy the review:

I bought the Sinema Diable version of this DVD a few years ago (along with Sinema Diable's THE NIGHT EVELYN CAME OUT OF THE GRAVE and THE EERIE MIDNIGHT HORROR SHOW).  I watched EVELYN and EERIE, but still haven't gotten around to watching VAMPIRE'S NIGHT ORGY.  I believe I also have a copy of it in a Mill Creek 50 Movie Pack.  Your review has renewed my interest in wacthing it.

Yeah, the movie verison I watched was the Mill Creek Movie Pack so there could be a difference.  According to an Amazon review, the Sinema Diable verison has image quality problems and becomes nearly unwatchable.  Then again, I watched the movie and it was hard to watch in the Mill Creek verison.  Either way, if you watch this, prepare yourself for bad visibility.
