Need Film Title

This has been driving me crazy trying to remember what movie this is from.

Two guys are standing next to each other and one of them yells, "FETCH!!!!!!!" right in the other guy's face.
It would've been a late 80's or 90's movie.

Aha!  I found out which movie it was.  I called up a buddy of mine just a little bit ago and he said, "Yeah, that's from Cliffhanger".

I own this movie on DVD.  Strange that I couldn't remember it when the answer was sitting there right in front me on my DVD rack.
