How do I get up from "Bad movie lover" to "Frightening Fanatic of Terrible Cinema"?

Is it how many posts I leave, threads I start, how long I've been on the site, is it admin only, what?

1000 posts gets you to 4 stars. Better get busy.

I'm  a 3-star general myself, and it's pretty cool. That means we that have them are 2 ranks above the new folk, and under the direct command of the 4-star generals.
