Hi again, I remember this 80s or early 90s movie where a woman (a brunette with short hair) has a man hostage and he's on a bed. Another woman (a blond one) asks her if the man is there. but the brunette lies to her that he's not there and she hasn't seen him. What I remember next is the brunette cutting the man's chest (not killing him, she tortured him) with a surgeon's knife and a line of blood appears. Does this ring any bells?
