Ok so apparently we have some chicken folk based on the "steak" thread.  I myself eat more chicken than red meat.  I prefer grilled chicken breast.  I usually marinade the hell out of it before cooking so its ultra moist.  I eat a lot of chicken quesidillias.  I also prefer boneless hot wings but am very selective on which places I get them.

Chicken marinated in lime juice with oils, spices and garlic.  Put on grill till done with lovely grill marks.  Add on tortillas with tomato and avocado.
Ah, the good old days.

Big Red's used to make a dish called Chicken Fried Chicken.  It was like Chicken Fried Steak except with a boneless piece of chicken with the Fried Steak coating and some chicken gravy on top.  Man, it sucks that they don't make that anymore.

Other than that fried chicken is one of my true loves.

The Grilled Chicken breast-put that plus the other two on a 12 inch toasted french bread with mayo, pickles, lots o pepper, and a helluva sesame seeds.

Never liked chicken wings very much, and I prefer popcorn chicken over nuggets anytime. My favorite chicken meal is country fried chicken steak.
Personally I think chicken is most delicious when breaded and fried crispy. Yummy.

Once the head is chopped off and the chicken has quit running around like a headless chicken [cough] I take whatever's going.  :twirl:

I'm with Trevor-though I like a good steak or pork chop. Not big on sausage or bacon-do like home made kielbasa though. Oh yeh-back to chicken-fried! With hotsauce! and greens and mashed taters

Fried chicken.  Col. Sanders is fine with me.  Chicken quesidillias are awesome too, I think the last one I had was about 2 years ago though.  Chicken McNuggets are great, I like to have one spicy dipping sauce and one mild, and alternate between them.  The chicken sandwiches at McDonald's are also really good, nice and tasty.

Our cat loves chicken as well.  We had it last night and this morning the trash can is tipped over.

Chicken teriyaki strips on rice with an egg roll used to be a staple of my diet.  I could go for some right now.
