Cops use Tiny Lister to help bring down a gang but he refuses to fight, he kind of acts like John Coffee in The Green Mile really nice and non violent

The only film I know with "Tiny" Lister is "THE DUO" from 2001

If you're sure the actors name was Tommy 'Tiny' Lister then why don't you try looking at his filmography at IMDB.

Good call. Knowing the name of a cast member pretty much gives you all you need.

Aha, "Tiny" Lister. Debo from Friday. That guy is made for b-movies.
I don't always talk about bad movies, but when I do, I prefer badmovies.org
