Help!

I'm new here so hello to you all.

Do any of you know of an late 70s/ early 80's film about a gang of crime fighting oriental children? I know for certain one of the characters names was Bulls**t ( thats what made me pick it up from the rental shop in the first place. Juvenile I know, but I was)

I know it's called something like Lucky 7, but can find nothing about it online.
