 found this pic on Tumblr...anyone recognize the film? From the look of the monster I'm guessing Japanese....

yeah, that monster could use some definite under-wire support!

This looks familiar, my dad watches films of this genre. i bet he would know. i'm going to email this to him and see if he has a clue...

It's the Ragon monster from the Ultraman TV series in Japan.  After a bit of research I'm lead to believe that this picture was from episode 4 of the 1960s TV series.  More pictures are here.
