I've actually seen people be lifted on a pallet before using a forklift. I think the worst safety violation i have ever seen was back when i was a teen. My uncle owned an auto repair shop and we would often drink in there at night. One night my cousin got completely sauced and we strung him up on a cherry-picker using a pair of jumper cables. yep, not much for youth to do in the back country of Appalachia...

The dude who gets hit in the face with the tank made me laugh pretty loud. Especially the guy who dodges it initially.

Side note on forklifts, I know a guy who got ran over with one. It isn't a good situation to be in FYI.
