Very sad news for her family and friends, as well as lovers of bad movies. Several film sites are reporting the death of Ed Wood's first wife and GLEN OR GLENDA costar Dolores Fuller at the age of 88.

Most folks remember her from Wood's films; most don't realize after leaving Wood she bacame a successful songwriter, composing songs for 12 Elvis films.

I'll always fondly remember her ripping famous moose-faced actress Sarah Jessica Parker a new one for her portrayal of Fuller in Tim Burton's ED WOOD and for Parker's  insulting remarks about her during interviews. I love the story about how she would bring her infamous angora sweater to conventions and let fans wear it for photo ops.

Ms Fuller lived a full and interesting life, and she will be sorely missed.  :bluesad:
