Yes, most likely The Tournament.  Ving Rhames and Kelly Hu star in that one.  It's about an annual competition held in various places around the world, where the world's top assassins fight to the death.  I didn't like it that much, despite the premise and promise.  I found it slow in many parts, and it was at that weird edge between B-grade bad and B-grade good that it didn't quite make it for me.  I bought it and unfortunately it didn't live up to my hopes.  I was hoping for Shoot 'Em Up, but it took itself a bit too seriously.

Operation: Endgame is a much, much funnier and cooler movie.  It doesn't take itself seriously at all, and often makes fun of its own characters and actors.  Ving Rhames is in this one, too.
