Has anyone ever seen this priceless 50's schlocker?  In black and white, directed by Mario Bava. ( ! )

In short, this single-cell life from comes to life when a certain type of Radiation hits it, and it grows, devouring things, people, you name it.
It works, that's all I can say.

I last saw it at some point in the 70's, on a local UHF show which featured monster movies.  Apparently, it was released on VHS, but has yet to appear on DVD. Don't know who controls the rights.

Anyone have information?

Ah, yessss........
....I love this thing. A blob movie in B&W, dubbed diologue, and some great ham bone acting from the human villian. Not often ya see people attacked by wet burlap bags! I did a Roll yer own MST on this one. Highly recomend it for you, as the pauses in diologue make it easy. Ah, the taste of cheese! Double Chedder, i believe.

I dunno....I first saw it when I was seven, and it still has some punch to it.

If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

The choice is simple; refuse to create, and refuse to grow, or build, with care and love.
